PROTESTS # 251-300 MAY 23, 2014- AUGUST 07, 2014

PROTEST# 300…HARASSMENT IN WORDS: YOU ARE A FUCKING EMPLOYEE…HARASSMENT WITHOUT WORDS: WEB PAGES MOCKERY
 August 07, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

While the security guard share my web pages to make me feel stupid I'll have a photo to share with my followers. I already have enough of them in my album, I do not need more. Today, this repeated action shows me that the endless harassment will be forever and my posts will have as protagonist the Security team.

Around 4:17 PM suddenly I heard a man behind me saying: "You're a fucking employee" he passed by my side very quickly and then ran to the Bank building preventing me to see his face. When he took the revolving door I could see a short, heavy, old man with white hair, wearing dark glasses.

Whenever I feel harassed, I will document the protest so the world can understand why I call this nightmare:  BANK OF AMERICA MY KILLER.

PROTEST# 299… "SILENCE DOES NOT MEAN THAT NOTHING THERE IS TO SAY” August  06, 2014 from 10:27 AM to 6:34 PM
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

PROTEST# 298… THE SECURITY GUARD HAD THE NERVE TO COME TO ME WITH HIS CYNICAL FACE…
August 5, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

This is the first time that I had to scream to prevent the security guard approaches to me and claim for a picture I took it.

GET AWAY FROM ME! STAY AWAY FROM MY SIDE!

I couldn't believe it that this is the fourth time in a week that  Bank of America's security team made another meeting to sabotage my protests and harassing me

The despair angered me when I saw the police who on June 12, 2014 held a meeting with the security guard to mockery at me. On this occasion they used the police’s hat to hide the cell phone and circulated it. The purpose was to prevent me be aware of their miserable games.

When the wretched action of today took place I just took pictures of them, this was my immediate reaction to let them know I understood their messages. The security guard attempted to talk to me about a picture but I refused to do so.The repeated action had impacted me too much that I felt sick, it raised my blood pressure. I was on tears and I couldn't continue my protest. I left at 4:00PM

A MESSAGE TO BANK OF AMERICA:

Please stop using your security team to harass me.  I've complied with your orders of not going to the public sidewalk since you told me it is bank’s property. I'm dying between two barriers near the edge of a street with traffic. My  protests are time life time; and I will be by your side until my death.

PROTEST# 297…FORCED TO REDUCE POSTS’ INFO
August 4, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

…NO MORE ENTERTAINMENT FOR BANK’S SECURITY OFFICERS
…THERE ARE ENOUGH STORIES TO ENJOY, LAUGH AND MOCKERY

Today one of the Bank security officers was appointed to work on his cell phone the whole shift, around 5 hours. I was surprised to see a person wearing security uniform spend so much time in front of me using social media. The Bank must pay very well to make me feel a fool.  I've already accustomed to tricks that security officers made to deceive me even when they hide the cell inside a police’s cap to circulate, as I've already seen it before.

By my previous posts #295 and # 296 the world can judge my decision to prevent being a protagonist of gossip and others enjoy my pain.

I just want to say to all those who know me and those who  have never seen me, that I  live miserable, I have no money, or job neither peace of mind but I have dignity, honesty, morality and over all I am a woman of word. My physical appearance is just a character that allows me to see life and death in a visible form.

PROTEST# 296 …RETURNING THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE FROM BANK OF AMERICA
August 1, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

ONE BUTTON IS ENOUGH SAMPLES TO THE SHIRT

Today I was convinced that Bank of America returned to the strategy of using paid people to sabotage my protests. The game begins when the guard invites his security team to open my web pages. While they look my pages or swap cell phones, they look at me and laugh. This activity ends in gossip, mockery and has been a daily routine.

Most of the time I just let this unprofessional action goes. I express my frustration filling my unpublished story with images that say more than words. These photos are samples from the documentary.

PROTEST # 295...ANOTHER DAY THAT I WAS LABELED AS STUPID AND MY WEB PAGES WERE AN ENTERTAINMENT
July 31, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

HE WHO LAUGHS LAST LAUGHS BEST…

A gossip party of today has increased the pages of my most MISERABLE chapter of my forthcoming book. The gathering was over at 2:30 PM but being an immobilized observer made the rest of my day more MISERABLE than it was.

PROTEST # 294… SOME VISITORS I PREFER NOT TO KNOW WHO THEY ARE
York, July 30, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

When visitors come to me to ask for a flyer of my case or take a picture, I please them without asking who they are or where they come from. When they ask me about what happened with Bank of America, I suggest reading the poster of my body or visiting my website. At noon, a young woman asked me information about my case with the bank. She expressed to me her interest on bank’s issues. I gave her a flyer.
Later, a Colombian well educated man and his daughter talked with me for long time. The conversation became interesting; they gave me support and strength to continue demanding justice.

Minutes later a woman approached to me asking what happened with Bank of America. I asked her to read the poster of my body. She did it. It seemed that my story had impacted her. I offered a flyer with my information, immediately she refused to take it saying she could not because she was an employee of Bank of America. Her contempt bothered me; my story might stay longer in her mind than a simple paper in her hand.

PROTEST # 293…AROUND MY BARRIERS
July 29, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Sometimes I feel that the street for me is like a large piece of paper that gives me the opportunity to write what I see and perceive. At the same time my protest is an expression of frustration for people. Just an insect that comes to my costume give me inspiration. A baby left on a hot pavement while Dad is looking for a taxi hold my breath. An order of food left on a dirty floor produce me nausea.

The people who work with enthusiasm and honesty always motivated me. Today a group of people promoting energy drinks caught my attention. They were very organized and polite. One of the guys came to me and gave me a free sample. These drinks support Mental Sharpness and Physical Energy but I feel that my sedentary routine does not require it.

PROTEST # 292 …TODAY I WAS SURPRISED WITH PEOPLE DOING BUSINESS IN THE STREETS
July 28, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

I became friends with a man who sells bus tours in Times Square. He is from Africa and speaks four languages: Arabic, French, English and Spanish. He has 2 masters degrees and came to the United States trying to do another master.

Today I was in shock when he informed me how other coworkers deceive and steal money from tourists when they pay by cash and don't speak English. On several occasions he had helped tourists to solve problems when they find out that the tour was not what they paid for.

Other dishonest people are those who sell bracelets for good luck. He was surprised when a man pulled out from a tourist wallet $20.00, then he put another bracelet in the other hand and pulled out another extra $20.00. Two cheap bracelets came out for $40.00.

PROTEST # 291…9 LONG HOURS OF A LONG DAY…ACTION…EMOTIONS… SURPRISES
July 25, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

A large protest, police, police vehicles, ambulances, helicopters, tourists, and people on the street were all I saw during the day. I usually use my protest time to advance in my blogs, today I had no concentration. Very often I was interrupted.

In the afternoon I received cold drinks from my supporters. I was surprised by two of them I met last year, they were happy to see me. One was a Colombian man who bought my book and he was amazed with the story.  At 9:00 PM I was still traveling on the train.

PROTEST # 290 …MY FIRST ANNIVERSARY AT THE TOWER OF BANK OF AMERICA
July 24, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

149 protests/posts....a place where I had police barriers to sabotage my protest and people to make more difficult my life than it already is. Other situations were involved when my protests took place: security guards and police intimidation, harassment and disrespect. I have been deceived by managers and employees of the bank. I've known people that still faithful followers and others who simply enjoy seeing me miserable. Life in the street gives me another type of feelings and most of them involve my heart.

From 2009 to 2010 I made 69 protests in New Jersey and 2 in Washington DC by the White House. On March 2011 I tried to rebuild my professional life working at TD bank but my efforts collapsed when the attorneys of bank of America involved my new job in violation of an agreement made in court of not contact my employment if I provide information where I was working.

In each State, I have had remarkable protests. On December 24, 2014 I went to Washington DC to make my protest #4.  I was motivated by a festive message that President Obama sent to the families of soldiers serving overseas. I decided to spend Christmas Eve by the White House. I wear my original white ghost costume. The streets were covered with snow. I stood at the top of large accumulation stacked beside the sidewalk. My protest drew the attention of many tourists whom took pictures with me. The kids enjoyed me thinking I was a snowman alive.

In the afternoon I felt my feet and hands frozen. It was difficult for me to hold a large poster I had.  The cold temperatures froze my body and I fell into the snow.  An ambulance arrived and paramedics picked me up. One of them wanted to rip off my costume to give me medical assistance. I begged to them not to do so. My mask was removed and I lost it.  Finally they let me stay inside the ambulance until I got warmed up. On October 19, 2010 exactly a year of my last day of employment at the bank I made protest# 44 the most devilish.  The manager who ruined my life at the bank came to see me. I was horrified, I thought never see that woman again.

In New York, the most miserable protests are on the first page of my blog.. 70 protests were made in different offices of Bank of America. Today I was impressed by a young girl who suddenly appeared in front of me to read my body's poster. Also the sun reflecting surprised me when I saw my poster inside the bank.

PROTEST # 289…SPECIAL THANKS TO MY FAITHFUL L VISITORS WHO BRING ME COLD DRINKS... ANOTHER DEVASTATED DAY
July 23, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today is one of the three most special events that have happened in my life, and this is the second year that let it go unattended.
To my loved ones: never feel that I've forgotten you, in this unwanted separation, my heart is close to you. Please love me and pray for me at this time of my life that is when I need it most.

PROTEST # 288 …I LEARNED HOW TO READ BODY LANGUAGE WHEN THE WORDS ARE NOT SPOKEN OR HEARD.
July 22, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today upon my arrival at Bank of America, the police officer on duty gave me a strange look; he seemed surprised to see me. He made a phone call and minutes later another officer appeared. After a meeting, the new officer approached to me to read my poster. He returned to his partner and had another conversation. Using a cellular they reviewed web pages. Nobody told me anything; I assumed that my blog was my business card.

A boy gave me an umbrella, this generous gift I decorated with evil words: "Bank of America my killer”.  I waited for someone from Bank’s security to take a picture of my umbrella as they always do when they feel that the name of Bank of America has been attacked, but they did not.

PROTEST# 287...MY PROTEST ATTRACTS PEOPLE ALL AGES…INCLUDING FLIES
July 21, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today was a sunny and quiet day. The noises from ambulances and police’s cars on emergency were less than other days. This compensated my stressful weekend and the obstacles I found on my way to the Bank.

A group of teenagers stood in front of me. They were attracted by my posters and began to read it with a sad face. One of the girls observed I had a new bottle of water and asked me if I was fasting for not drinking it. Other girl asked me if I was Muslim. Their innocent questions touched my heart and I asked them permission to take a picture. A fly was halted by my body’s poster. I refused to kill it. I let it free as I do with others disgusting animals.

PROTEST# 286…TWO HELLS COMBINED…ANOTHER PROTEST IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS
July 18, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Writing helps me to clear my mind from everyday stress, but today my mind was not connected with my hand. It was a day with lot of action. I felt that my two hells were together.  The area where I do my protest is equal to the area where I'm going to sleep. I have no peace on mind or freedom. The streets are always in constant police surveillance. The noise from emergency vehicles and people with no respect for others are heard often. In addition the heat in both places feels my body melt.

This week I have learned a lot about the miseries of others, some stories touched my heart and became part of my journal.Today in less than 24 hours I saw another protest, but this time more crowded. The protests bring me sadness because that is a way to seek justice and this is what I had to do for the rest of my life

PROTEST# 285 …NYC THE TOWN OF ADVERTISING AND POSTERS
July 17, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

LES MISERABLES…A word that means a lot to me

LES MISERABLES this poster is located at a right place, just in front of the Tower of Bank of America. I live miserable, but there is a kind of miserable people who are around me, they don't live in misery and are miserable in the lower meaning of the word.

In the morning, by the corner of the Tower, was a large poster advertising a Spanish restaurant. A man with a missing arm handed out menus but most of people refused to take it. In the afternoon three bicycles toured the street displaying large posters
On my way to the train station I found a protest related to issues between Israelis and Palestinian.

PROTEST# 284... .THE CITY WAS CONGESTED... A POLICE OFFICER SHOWED ME COURTESY
July 16, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today in the afternoon the city was crowded, many people passed by my side. A large truck was parked next to the train station. Someone informed me that a movie called "unforgettable" was being held.

The Homeless dog and its owner that once captivated my heart were in front of me. I noticed they   were looking good, especially the dog. At the end of the day, the sun was shining, and again the reflection of light made me feel optical allusion of being inside the Bank. I was distracted with this impossible to occur. On my way home, at the train station I was surprised by a police officer who opened the emergency exit so I could enter my wheelbarrow. This act of courtesy meant a lot to me.

PROTEST# 283…THE BAD WEATHER ALLOWED ME FOUR HOURS OF PROTESTING
July 15, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

My first visitor of this morning was a man who remembered me old times of work. He told me that he had been a happy customer of Fleet Bank until it was taken over by Bank of America. My protests are to me strength that born in the deep silence of long suffering life that lead me into sadness. They are like an endless job with the image of death. Every day they become part of me and it is difficult to leave or stop it.
Today I wanted to hold on it, but the rain prevented me from doing so. One of my protectors convinced me to finish it due to the heavy downpour. He helped me to get my stuff.

PROTEST# 282...MY MISERY IS TRAVELING AROUND THE WORLD
July 14, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today, my thoughts were with those people that are on the other side of the Earth, and they are attracted to my misery. Lately the number of followers has increased and this motivated me to write this note:

Спасибо за меня и времени вы тратите, чтение моей веб-страниц. Вашему вниманию показывает мне, что мои страдания не имеет границ, не имеет ни язык, ни барьеры и можно прикоснуться к миру. Я всегда буду благодарен для остальной части моей жизни людям, которые были вдохновлены мой рассказ. Слов недостаточно выразить мою самую искреннюю благодарность.

Thanks for following me and for the time you spend reading my web pages. Your attention shows me that my misery has no borders, has no language, nor barriers, and can touch the world. I will always be grateful for the rest of my life to the people who were inspired by my story.
Words are not enough to express my most sincere gratitude.

PROTEST# 281… THREE MORE PROTESTERS KEPT THE BANK’S SECURITY IN ALERT
July 11, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today the sidewalk of Bank of America had new protesters. The problems were related to foreclosure homes in Connecticut. The woman who led the protest I had already known since last year. I had explained to her the obligations that are acquired when a bank buys debts to other financial institutions.

In my opinion, she does not admit that Chase took over her original bank and her mortgage was sold to Bank of America, which it is now her new lender.  She does not accept any of these banks to pay her debt. As a result of failure to pay the mortgage, her house is now in foreclosure. I could not give her support since my problems are completely apart from banking products or accounts. Someone impressed me with the way to make money while also advertising. Carrying just a frame was in enough to attract people.

PROTEST# 280... VENDORS AND PUBLICITY DISTRIBUTORS KEPT ME DISTRACTED
July 10, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Upon my arrival to the Tower of Bank of America I found people doing business by the sidewalk. The wide area attached to the marble’s hall attracts many people who want to promote their business. I observed a young guy trying to distribute menus from an Indian restaurant. Most passers-by refused to take his brochure. The frustration was in his face. Suddenly he came to ask me if I was from India. Before answering his question, he left a menu on my cart.

A girl had a peculiar way to stop people passing by her side. Frequently asked: Are you friendly? Most of the people had responded her with a smile but then went. Later a guy caught my attention.. He sat in one of the barriers and rested his feet on a shopping cart while he was turning a cartel with religious words.

PROTEST# 279…A NICE POLICE WOMAN WAS TOUCHED BY MY MISERABLE DAY
July 9, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today I was surprised by the greeting of a young policewoman. She came to me concerned about the long hours that I had remained under the sun. She recommended me to drink plenty of water and move around to get away from the heat. I feel very grateful for her humanitarian advice; I never imagined that my misery was a concern. She was right, but my mind is determined to overcome high temperatures and survive with a bottle of water. I don't have any kind of life; all I do is to die daily to show my truth.

PROTEST # 278…BEATING THE HEAT….A CAR ACCIDENT BY MY SIDE…

July 8, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today I survived eight hours under the heat with a bottle of water.
In the afternoon two taxi drivers were involved in an accident at the intersection where I am protesting. They parked the cars behind me to see damages, but the driver who caused the collision run away. The other driver took a picture of the license plate and chased the driver. I was talking to one of my frequent visitors and ran after the taxis to help the tracker driver.

PROTEST# 277…COLOMBIAN PEOPLE MADE MY DAY
July 7, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Only special events prevent me to face my daily hell. I'm so used to this miserable life that Bank of America forced me to live that when I'm away I miss it.  Today I met Colombian people. A lady was captivated by my story and bought two books: my American Dream and the American Nightmare. They made my day of 8 hours.

PROTEST# 276 … A DISNEY CHARACTER TOUCHED MY HEART… AMERICAN PATRIOTISM ON THE AIR…
July 01, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today on my way to hell I was surprised by a man wearing a costume of Elmo. He asked me to take a photo with him. He put his hands on my shoulders saying: this character that I represent is not just for people full of life, it is also for those who are alive but they feel like dead.  He made my day. Later on, a group of young people passing by my side were cheering on me. Their patriotic spirit was amazing.

PROTEST# 275… PEOPLE AROUND ME FILL PAGES OF MY JOURNAL….THE POWER OF SABOTAGE
New York, June 30, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Being in the street gives me the opportunity to see how the world works. Just watching people around me, I can perceive an image of their real life. I can look funny, ridiculous, silly, crazy, stupid etc. in the eyes of some, but this does not prevent me to express my feelings as they are.

Today in the afternoon, the Bank of America’s Tower was surrounded by a group of vendors. They were stopping people walking along the public sidewalk and the selective pavement of marble that the bank has.  They were standing near the building and several employees of the tower were attracted to them. They were not accused of trespassing bank property as they did to me for being a foot ahead of the barrier on the public sidewalk.

PROTEST# 274 …MY POSTER MAKES REACT UNHAPPY PEOPLE WITH BANK OF AMERICA... MY HELPLESS DOG SURPRISED ME.
June 27, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

People who have been attracted to my protest and have had an experience negative with Bank of America are identified with me and want to express their support. Some do it with rude words when referring to the bank; others give me thanks for spreading my story. Since I go out of my four walls only I've heard people who agree with me.

Today I saw the homeless woman and her dog that broke my heart several times. I've always been curious about her sign where it says is pregnant.  Her body only shows fatness.  I was happy to see the dog walking normally. Perhaps today he did not work and looked better than the last time I saw him.

PROTEST # 273… POLICE BESIDE ME... MY FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION WAS RESPECTED
 June 26, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today when I was returning to my protest a festival of Asian food was taking place in a small area of Times Square. There were two police barriers at the entrance and it caught my attention. When I got to the bank, a Police officer was walking by my side. He stopped to ask me what I was doing. I replied: I'm just standing in front of Bank of America,  the bank knows I'm here and I guess  also the police. The officer began to read my sign and asked me if I worked for the bank. He was very polite and I explained the reason for my protest. Without more words, he said: “Everything is fine.”

I assumed the officer was working for the City and not for the bank because he did not ask me to move out to the other side of the street. The bank already had the security team on duty. A group of people leaving the building were attracted by my poster. Some of them took pictures.

PROTEST#272… FIRST VISITORS: TWO PEOPLE LOOKING FOR BANK OF AMERICA... BARRIERS’ CLEANING DAY
June 24, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today I've done half a day of protest. A special event I have to attend overcomes a regular day of misery. Upon my arrival at Bank of America’s Tower I found people cleaning the barriers where I leave many hours of my life. This made my morning.

Minutes later, two women appeared to be lost while they were looking at my poster and the Tower. The bright red with the name of Bank of America on my poster is more striking than the one with gray that the building has. They asked me where the bank was. I just pointed to them the office.

PROTEST#271… LETTING LONG HOURS HOLDING A MISERABLE DAY...
June 23, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today I stood before my hell nine hours. I  still feel tired of being under the sun for long hours.. While the world knows my story I don't mind to be hostage of time. There is always someone attracted to my miserable life.

A woman who was passing by with her family had surprised me. She approached to me saying in loud voice: "I believe you; I was employed by Bank of America". The lady was excited to see me, also said she had worked for 12 years and had a bad experience with the bank.

PROTEST#270… MY NEW POSTER FLASHES ON PEOPLE SIGHT…A TOUCH OF MELANCHOLY
June 20, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Traveling on a train with a large poster over the body is like carrying a X-RAY plate available to public’s view.  Many people show me their sympathy in different ways: thumb up, clapping, and the most common way by pictures and words of support.
Today memories of a special event in my life put me in a gloomy mood. Since I am living miserable I have no other choice but to come to terms with an unwanted separation from friends and family. This makes me feel quite sad and alone.

At the end of the day I stopped on the public sidewalk area which I has been banned by Bank of America. I wanted to change barriers where I am destined to remain.

PROTEST # 269... JUST A RAINY DAY... THE WATER GLIDED GENTLY BY MY NEW POSTER
June 19, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today I overcame the rain, for a long time I was under my umbrella. I got distracted watching the reactions of people when they saw my poster.  Some asked me permission to take pictures, others just did it.

At the end of the day a visitor caught my attention. This was a Jewish young man who spends time reading the poster. He was captivated by my story and gave me money donation.  His attitude surprised me since I never thought he would be interested in my misery.

PROTEST# 268… NEW POSTER….FIRST VISITOR SOMEONE FROM BANK OF AMERICA'S SECURITY
June 18, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Thirty minutes after exposing my new poster a man from bank’s security came to me with a camera. I approached to the poster but he told me that he needs just a picture of the poster. I was surprised by this visit since I have nothing dangerous hidden between the sides. My story is the same, writing by hand, using a printer or made in a professional manner. My poster should not be a concern for the bank’s security.

My poster is an expression of what I feel and what Bank of America means to me "A KILLER". I agreed to not pass to the public sidewalk since bank’s security informed me that it belongs to the bank, but I am not going to allow no one to take away my freedom to express my feelings. My new poster was made possible by money donations from my supporters, who also suggested me how to make it more attractive to the eyes of the people. This investment has given good results; it has impressed many people including train passengers.

On the other hand my poster is suitable for me, is water-proof, this is an easy piece to show without clips. Although it is lightweight, it feels like a heavy cross that Bank of America forced me to carry for the rest of my life.

PROTEST # 267… MY THOUGHTS WERE WITH MY NEW POSTER… IT SHOULD BE ATTRACTIVE AS THE AREA OF MY PROTEST
June 17, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today I was counting the hours to pick up my new poster. Many reasons considered to upgrade the big poster showing my history... Times Square is an elegant area with digital advertising. I think that the presentation of my protest is more attractive if the poster is professionally edited.

A disturbed man sitting on the sidewalk of the bank caught my attention. He spoke without coordination of his words as he lifted his arms.  No one called an ambulance to take him to a psychiatric hospital. This shows me that anyone can sit on the property of the bank, express how it feels while it does not go against the bank.

PROTEST# 266… STUDENTS INSIDE THE TRAIN WERE IMPACTED BY MY CART’S POSTER…
June 16, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today in the morning when I was riding the train, suddenly a group of students arrived with their teachers. Those who sat in front of me began to read my small poster that I have in my cart. Other students and a teacher came to read it too.

Some students wrote the name of my web pages while others were copying the information. I had never seen guys from middle school so interested in my story.  One of them told me they were going to an Academy of Public Relations. A teacher lifted her thumb up to support me. I am updating my presentation for the summer. Today someone noticed the new poster that hangs on my body. Very soon I will have the poster that speaks for me; one professionally done. I'm sure will attract many people.

PROTEST# 265… JUST WATER ON MY WAY…BEGINNING WITH RAIN ENDING IN STORM
New York, June 13, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today my protest was a regular day; I don’t have any special event. Although the day was threatened by rain the city didn't lose the spirit of the weekend. Many tourists were in the streets and some of them took pictures of me. Two ladies approached me to express their disappointment with regard to their experiences as customers of Bank of America. One of them was very upset and asked me to publish her experience to prevent people open accounts with the bank. As I have always said, my problem is not related to products or services this time I couldn't please my visitor.
I ended the day with an impressive storm.

PROTEST # 264… BEING MISERABLE DOESN'T MEAN TO BE STUPID... PLEASANT MEETING WITH A POLICE OFFICER
June 12, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today was another day full of emotions; some touched my heart and left me in tears. Others hit my soul filling with hatred. I am writing this page to the person who sees me every day and use my blogs to make fun of me. If this is included in the salary enjoy it! The evidences that I have are enough to fill one of the chapters of my forthcoming book.

After having a miserable morning more than usual, I had a little peace in the afternoon.  I was excited to see a Police Officer I met last year when he was working for the bank’s security.  His kindness and respect towards the public had impressed me much. Today he came to greet me and advised me to take care being near to the edge of the road. His words of concern put me in tears, since I didn't expect he would talk to me. Two vendors caught my attention. One related to human rights and the other its advertising style.

PROTEST# 263… GRILLING BY THE TOWER'S SIDEWALK…HOT FOOD VENDOR IS WELCOME BUT NOT A QUIET BOOKS SELLER
 June 11, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY
Today I spent 9 hours in front of Bank of America; I'm trying to recover hours lost due to rain. The day was windy but I could overcome it. Some of my friends visited me and they made my day. Something ironic to me is to see that the security of Bank of America Tower allows vendors to prepare and sell hot food in the public sidewalk they claim belongs to the bank. My books only need a small space and it not leaves grease on the floor. They do not allow me to put my cart a foot in front of the barrier because this is trespassing bank property but today food’s seller could take a large space.

PROTEST # 262… JUST ANOTHER LONG DAY…. ANY CHANGE IN ROUTINE IS A CAUSE FOR CURIOSITY
June 10, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today I did 8 hours of protest. Yesterday the raining day forced me to stay between four walls and not two barriers. My life is miserable in both places, but I prefer to be in front my hell.

The first two hours I sat down facing East, I wanted to change my tedious daily view: a glass wall displaying the name of Bank of America and bank security team's looks. I found it better to see how the clouds becoming dark and answer the greeting of taxi drivers and tour buses that stop behind me.

As soon I turned my face towards the Tower, the security guard came to ask me if something was wrong or if I was sleeping. I just said this position allows me to stretch my legs without going to the public sidewalk, which is owned by the Bank.

POST # 261… PUERTO RICAN PARADE... MANY HAPPY FACES VS MY MISERABLE FACE...A DARK SPOT ON A BRIGHT, SUNNY DAY
 New York, June 08, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

This is the second year that I can observer the pride of a community that for years has been bastions of our Hispanic Culture. This year I was at the same place as last year, with my back to the darkness of Bank of America and facing the joy and happiness of the participants of the Puerto Rican day parade.

I've been in some parades from different nationalities but this is one of the most impressive. The parade lets you know celebrities, artists and politicians who successfully contribute to the happiness of the people. My protests are a daily routine, simple, opaque and full of misery, today was an exalted, illuminated day that touched my heart.

PROTEST #260… A DISAPPOINTING EVENT BROKE MY HEART... SOMEONE SURPRISED ME WITH A PAMPHLET
June 06, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

This year since I started my protests at the Tower of Bank of America I have seen a woman with a dog sitting on the sidewalk across the street from the Bank. She has a sign that says pregnant and need help. On April 23 on my way home their sad looks caught my attention. My heart breaks whenever I see the dog lying on the floor motionless inspiring compassion. I have shared with the woman some money donations I have received.

Today I was in shock when I saw this woman walking very fast and dragging the poor slow walking dog. She stood on the sidewalk of the train station to make a phone call, and then returned to force the dog to walk fast as she.  I assumed that the dog is ill or too old and should be treated with consideration.

Someone after reading my poster handled to me a religious pamphlet with a picture of a plant at birth. The first paragraph said: Have you been born again? Without the new birth, you have no hope of escaping the terrors of hell…
This reminded me my previous post mentioning that I was born twice, the first time to live happy and the second one to die miserable.  Inside the brochure was money donation.

PROTEST #259... AN AFTERNOON WITH A TOUCH OF MOURNING... INTERESTING VISITORS WHO SURPRISED ME WITH THEIR SUPPORT
 June 05, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

I have met many people through this miserable life I'm living. Some of them became my loyalty friends and when I see them, they make my day. Others are just visitors with an empty heart. There is a guy that often brings me a bottle of water and always gives me his support. A few months ago his sister died at the age of 52 years from overdose of painkillers. I was shocked by the news. Today he came very sad to inform me that his other sister 56 years had died last night from a heart attack while sleeping. The news impressed me much.

Later on, I was surprised by a man recording my posters. He asked me some questions regarding the situation with Bank of America. He wanted to take pictures of me on the sidewalk, but I told him that I was not permitted to go one step from the barrier to the public area because it was owned by the Bank. He took pictures from the edge of the road. He gave me his business card and promised me to promote my story on his blogs. He was coming from England.
Minutes later a couple of college graduates also gave me their support.

PROTEST # 258… OTHER MISERABLE DAY AS ALWAYS… LEARNING TO LIVE WITH THE ROUTINE
June 4, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

A police investigation made to change the route of the train that I usually take to go to the Bank of America Tower. Arriving late to my protests is like arriving late to my work and it causes me more stress. Today a young man who works for the Yankees stopped by me inspired by story. He told me he was about to open an account with bank of America who is one of the  league’s sponsors but now he would change his mind for  what the bank did to me. Others people already had told me same but I never asked anyone to close existent accounts.

PROTEST# 257… NO ACTION... WORDLESS  ... THE SILENCE AND MY POSTERS ARE MY CONNECTION TO THE WORLD
June 3, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today my protest was calm; this provided me the peace I need to write the daily impressions that I am receiving. My next book will be a collection of unpublished stories and those that have already been published through my blogs. The protests that do not have any action, that there is no events that wrecking my feelings are the best. Writing blogs after being under stress 7 hours and travel on congested trains for 2 hours is not an easy task.

Today an employee from the Tower came to ask me if I had been the former employee of Bank of America that became a public scandal. Some people thought that my protest of last Friday had ended in an arrest.

PROTEST# 256… DIFFICULT MEMORIES TO FORGET…UNPLEASANT FAVOR FOR A BANK OF AMERICA EMPLOYEE
 June 2, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

The shocking event from my previous protest still drilling my mind, it is been hard for me to rid of the sad reaction of the Chinese lady who was fired by Bank of America. This happening has giving me a deep insight of how people perceive, judge, see and feel when others are expressing frustration and despair.

During this event, I saw people laughing, mocking and having fun with the pain of a miserable woman crying out for help. I was next to few employees of the Bank and no one tried to comfort her or at least talk to.  They were part of a fun show.

One of the guys who bring food orders to the Bank's employees asked me to translate some instructions for a surprise birthday breakfast. He does not speak English and wanted I make the call.  Although this request was not pleasant for me, I agreed to do it.

PROTEST # 255… A SHOCKING EVENT... AN EMPLOYEE FIRED BY BANK OF AMERICA WAS OUT OF CONTROL... LEFT ME IN TEARS... TERRIFIED
 May 30. 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

My hands still tremble to write this page. I had never seen someone so angry losing a job. Today a young Chinese girl was fired by Bank of America. She was out of control expressing her anguish and anger against the bank. Her desperate attitude filled the sidewalk of the Tower. Her shouts caught the attention of all passers-by.

The Police put her on handcuffs while she was sitting on the floor trying to break free. She claimed that her salary was not enough; she was alone in the United States and had no family.  Some Bank of America employees were watching the event near her.  I crossed the public sidewalk impacted by the scene. When I return to my barriers I found a group of Hispanic tourists also terrified by the incident. They thought that my protest was linked to what happened. Finally the young woman was put in an ambulance. Still being inside she continued screaming in despair. I was very impressed and ended the day in tears.

PROTEST# 254… MEETING FRENCH PEOPLE... DISCOURAGEMENT DOESN'T CHANGE MY MIND…..ROACHES IN MY BARRIERS …
New York, May 29, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today I had not finished preparing my protest when a couple of tourists asked me permission to take photos. They came from France and my posters caught their attention. We had a short conversation and they assured me that my story would be spreading in their social pages as a shocking event found during their visit to New York. The husband was kneeling at the edge of the road to take a picture of the Tower and me. Around 2:30pm a woman who was going to pick up an order of food came to me to ask me if I was not tired of being in front of the bank. She said that she works for Bank of America. She informed me that the bank is not doing anything for me and I should abandon my protests. Her appearance reminded me my last Manager at Bank of America. I didn't feel any connection with her words. I rather die standing than living kneeling.

I was surprised to see cockroaches coming out underneath of the barriers. I was   distracted observing how they died crushed over my shadow and the bank property. Other impressions of the day I will write them in my forthcoming book.

PROTEST # …253 THE WEATHER AND MY POOR PHYSICAL CONDITIONS SHORTENED MY DAY... SURPRISED BY A VISITOR
 May 28, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today was a very windy day; my hands ached to hold my pushcart and posters. I felt very tired; I did only 5 hours of protest.  I couldn't sleep because of the pain on my knee. My biggest fear is that if one day I have to use a wheelchair I would not have any space between the two barriers. The area which the bank had designated to do my protests does not allow me moving much.

I was surprised by the visit of a Colombian woman who I met last year. She spoke with the Manager of the Bank regarding the injustice I went through.  The Manager responded that she agreed with my protest if I had a permit to do so. At the same time I was told that if I let her visit me I could lose the privilege of protesting in front of the bank. I hope her visit does not jeopardize this privilege.

PROTEST# 252… A QUIET AND RAINY DAY….A HIT ON MY WAY...STRENGTH OVERCOME PAIN
May 27, 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

My protests to me are like the most miserable unpaid work I never had. Yesterday was Memorial Day a reminder of military heroes who died defending the freedom of the United States. I stayed at home in their honor. I thought someday, my military son might be one of them. Today was a quiet day; this helped me to rely on painkillers to relieve my injured leg. When I was crossing a street my pushcart with all my protest stuff stumbled in a hole and I fell over hurting my right knee and left hand. This incident did not prevent me to continue my miserable destination.

PROTEST# 251... SOMEONE GAVE ME SENSE OF LIBERTY…THE WEATHER PROVIDED ME LOT OF WATER

New York, May 23. 2014
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY

Today I started my protest captivated by one of the characters that brighten up the area of Times Square. I was drawn to the person that characterized the Statue of Liberty and the people who enjoyed taking pictures.  I also wanted a photo to change same scenario of being between two barriers. Even I cannot go a step in front of the barrier since Bank of America security warned me that the sidewalk is owned by the bank.

The touch of Memorial Day weekend kept me strong for seven hours and encouraged me to withstand the heavy downpour of the afternoon.
