Today’s images are almost the same of yesterday. The dramatic faces, the
laziness, the reluctance of the security guard are impressive. He still waits for
officers to convert them in priests and confess his complaints about me. The
same person was smoking in 2 places at non-smoking area neither one he
enforced restrictions.

This was another day that the security guard missed a partner for his
bullying teams. While he was charging the batteries of his mouth for next bullying
sessions I tried to count the times he kicks the wall but I lost count at the
first hour (about 32 times).
For a few moments the security guard separated his body from the
crystals of the building and when moved near the front door had the opportunity
to see a smoker in the area of non-smoking. He ignored the smoker because I
also watched it. Another man was quite a
while by the other door and did the same. His daily friend from maintenance came and
lends his ears so he can have some speeches.

The security guard finally got the officers he wanted to harass me.
Today he gave long speeches individually. Although the officers ended their shift
at the cyber corner he continued his state of “lazy hibernation ". A man
was smoking before his eyes at the area of non-smoking and he did not care.
People put their luggage and packages by his side making the entrance of the
building a place of rest and he simply ignored them.
The afternoon’s officers not were interested in the speeches of the
security guard. As usual his friend from maintenance came to help him end his shift.
A woman was leaning beside of one of the bank’s door for quite a while. She was
blocking the entrance of the building. The security guard pretended not seeing
her. Suddenly a protest was going on the street, when they were passing by my
side the security guard pulled out his phone threatening with call head
security but he did not. He just wanted to show his power of intimidation.

When I have to face for 3 hours the bully who makes my days more
miserable of what are already, anything caught my attention. The security guard
to keep his eyes over me stays most of his time attached to the cyber corner.
Today the security guard kept a lazy attitude. When looking at the sides
the building hardly separated his shoulders from the crystals of the Cyber
Corner, leaving half of the body stuck to the glass. Today they were cleaned and
stayed clear only for a minute. This is the same time that a food delivery guy takes to enter the
building and be driven out by internal security. At the end of his shift a
couple approached to the door of the Bank with big bags that were on hand
truck. Some of them were placed on the floor near to his shoes. The security
guard did not care and left the building without asking the bags destination.

The words are not necessary when the body language and same gestures
speak by self. Today the security guard made his best to call my attention and
see his endless bullying. It was not
difficult to me to understand when my story was in his mouth.
The Bank restrictions were ignored. The security guard was aware of the
violations but did nothing because I was observing. The guys making deliveries
entered the building through the main door and passed beside the security.
Here are some
of these allowed violations
1- At 12:11 a
food delivery man entered the building passing close to the security
guard.
2 - A man was
sitting and smoking in the area of non-smokers.
3. The woman who
meets with a friend was smoking by the side door
4 - By the area
which I called “waiting corner"
was a food delivery guy. The security guard just looked at him. Seconds later
the boy went inside the building.
5 - Other food delivery guy went
inside the Bank. He stayed inside 9 minutes and then had to leave.
There was a woman trying to get inside the bank with a baby in stroller.
Her little girl tried to open the door but she couldn’t. The security guard
just gives a look and didn’t help at least for courtesy.

Today upon my arrival to the tower of bank of America I found on duty the
same cyber-officer of yesterday. Everything that crossed my mind was to have
another bullying day.
The security guard poisoned my intuition and my thoughts became a
reality. The cyber monument to the phone made his debut # 16.
The meeting between the maintenance man and the security guard was more
important than safekeeping the building, the day was very busy and nobody cares
about security. Later on, the security guard‘s funny friend came to compliment
his cheating time at work.
In the afternoon, a new officer joined the security guard. His shift was
about to end and there was no time for gossip or bullying. I was glad that this
happened; my new poster "NEW BULLIES
2016" would have one less uniform.

In the morning the dramatic faces of the security guard disappeared when
his funny friend came to visit him. They were eager to gossip and laugh about the
morbid gestures I mentioned on my post of August
12, 2016.
Yesterday the unsuccessful meeting between the security guard and the
officer who is on my cyber-bullies memorial poster and on my recycled bully’s
flag 2016 the harassment took place today. Although the security guard turned the back
on his partner pretending he was not part of the bullying, the officer after
completing his shift came back to talk to him.
The afternoon team didn’t join the security guard bullying speeches. This made him desperately to leave the cyber
corner. He kept the phone in hand waiting for the remaining minutes.

Today the plastic of my body’s poster made me feel temperatures over 100
degrees but the bullying team of bank of America making fun at me over 200
degrees. The security guard was eager to mock at my previous post. The first
long speech with a friend was not enough, he desperate wanted officers.
One of the morning officers was on my cyber-memorial poster, on my
recycled bullies’ flag 2016 and before my eyes. This team burned my breath for a
while. Fortunately the officer did not remain long, and the security guard had
to continue with his usual stupid faces.
Finally the security guard was lucky. One of the afternoon officers
became the partner he wanted to have. He spends the last hour of his shift
doing nothing but making fun at me. The Cyber meeting was impressive, gossip,
phone and my web pages was all their work including laughing at
women’s butts. The security guard moved from the cyber-corner looking for shade,
this was only 5 minutes of sun. The new cyber bullying Officer introduced my
story to the other officer, laughing and using the phone. My camera and looks
made the second officer feel uncomfortable. Whenever he has searched web pages his
eyes were on the phone and over me.
These 20 minutes are just few images of an entire hour of bullying.

The smoking game of yesterday occurred at the same place where people
seek privacy to stay long periods of time. The words are not necessary when the
images speak by themselves. All my statements are true and are supported by
them.
The smokers in areas of non- smoking are not the only issue that the
security guard does not comply with regulations. He uses anything that calls my
attention and thus I can record. Today my eyes were on a man who parked his
bicycle against the crystals of the building of the main façade. The security
guard ignored completely so I made recordings and the man decorated the wall of
the Bank with his bicycle.
During the long speech of the security guard with his daily friend I could
understand that the comments about my previous post were not the main subject.
They were talking something that could be interpreted inappropriate in public
area. The friend pointed the length of his finger and the security guard
responded also showing the length of his finger. The friend was about to fall
laughing.

This is the most cynical game that the security guard has done with his
neglect to do his work of guardian. Today he used these violations to mock at
me. This is a summary of three long
hours of consecutive events.
VIDEO #1 -SMOKER
#1
A woman lit a cigarette right in front of the security guard, and then she
decided to smoke beside the train station.
At the same time a friend of the security guard who visits him every day
appeared and the gossip allowed the woman to finish his cigarette in a zone of
non-smokers.

#2-SMOKERS 2, 3, 4 AND 5
Smoker #2 this woman
lit a cigarette next to the security guard. He left her to smoke so I can take
photos, then he gave me looks of scorn and asked the woman to abandon the area.
Smoker #3 this man
finished his cigarette and then left.
Smoker #4 this is the
most impressive and ridiculous attitude of the security guard with respect to
people who allows to smoke in areas of non-smoking when I look at them. This
smoker spent a long time smoking while talking on the phone. I witnessed the last
two cigarettes and also the security guard noticed. He was walking from one
side to another pretending he was going to ask the man to leave the area but
did not do so. This was a show to make fun at me.
Smoking #5 this was a
disgusting food delivery guy, not only throw the end of the cigarette on the floor
but also spat next to the elevator.
Smoker # 6 this was another
food delivery guy.

same woman from yesterday smoking at the same place.

The security guard enjoys when I make public his negligence and I made recordings,
this is daily subject of gossip with your friends. The next day he comes proud
of what he did and let them happen again. Today the morning officers did a good
job standing near one of the doors of the building, however, when the officers left
for a short time a food delivery man parked his bike at the entrance. The security guard ignored the man pretending
that it was not his area.
On the other side 2 people were sitting on the floor and 2 were smoking
in the area of not smoking. The security guard most of the time was glued to
the crystals of the Cyber Corner. Only his friends and the phone did separate
from the wall. The only place that matters to him is where I am so I can see his
stupid faces waiting for someone to make fun at me.

Today, I was impressed by the faces and
change in mood of the security guard of Bank of America. When he is alone he
looks dramatic and frustrated but when friends visit him and listen to his
speeches moves from the wall of the Cyber Corner to have fun. People delivering
food was everywhere. The “waiting corner”
has been my place of surveillance. Today a guy waited for his client in this area.
The security guard saw him but when I kept observing, the security guard turned
his back and did not care anymore. The boy took advantage of people coming out of
the building to enter. The security
guard not even noticed it.

After being sick the entire weekend I did my
best to overcome the nasty looks and change of faces of my king of bullies. A man left a bike unattended by the crystals of
the building and walked away. The security guard turned blind eyes to it just
because I was observing. A man was smoking in front of the sign of non-smoking area
and also was ignored. He did the same with another smoker who was right in
front of him. The lack of partners to make fun at me is clear in his nasty
attitude against me.

Today the two main duties of the security
guard were well done. The number one is to harass me and treat my visitors as
dangerous people. For him is not enough to use his friends, officers al and the
phone to fool and mock at me also enjoying threats when someone visit me. A
nice lady stopped by me to express her admiration for my story and wanted a
copy of my book. Suddenly I had to interrupt her conversation when I saw the
security guard watching us and then turning his back to us pretending he was about to call his boss as he have done on previous occasions. I was in shock and I missed
the photos. The lady wanted to take a photo of her for identification purposes.
She also gave me her business card.
Number two is to act as a GPS for people in
search of directions. Today, a man was trying to make a delivery. The security
guard offered to call the place of delivery even the man had its own phone. His
attempt didn't work and the man tried by himself. The boxes were left blocking
the door of the Bank. The security guard went into the Bank to call back. He
worried more about of the delivery of the boxes than the security of the
building. Finally the man was in wrong place.
For one hour my eyes were put in the "creators" of this endless bullying.

to convert one of the morning’s officers in a confessionary. The drama for being alone was visible on his
face. A food delivery guy with a big bag

This new post which I call “Flag” is the most
miserable that I have done. It displays the first 2 bullies who initiated this
endless bullying. The officer at least I see once in a while but the security
guard is the daily executor of my protest. The other officers are those
who have repeated the mockery. My flag can bring more
fun to my bullies but for me is a reminder of the second death sentence that
Bank of America has added to my condemn of living miserable.
Today upon the arrival of the security guard showed his power of
intimidation. A man was repairing the sidewalk. The security guard approached
him to question what he was doing. Yesterday did not ask anything to the man
who sat on the property of the Bank. To fulfill his mission of bullying me used
his phone and two of his daily friends. One of them tried to deceive me. He
took a photo of my poster to share it with the security guard.

I was in shock; the security guard not only
plays with me to be on my web pages, but also with the security of the
building. A man was at the property of the Bank with the
hands and head close to the ground, on the side had a large backpack. His attitude
was suspicious to me, but for the security guard it had no importance. When the
man arose began to smoke in area of non-smokers making a double play for the
security guard.
Today wasn’t a busy day, the security guard
made his unique work which is to act as a GPS few times. When he was on the
phone tried to scare me with intimidating looks but this did not work out. What
worries me is to see suspicious activities around me and not be able to do
anything.

Today as soon I arrived to the Tower of Bank
of America I found one of the officers who has mocked me several times and have
enjoyed my misery along with the security guard. When the officer saw me closer
to the building he pulled out his phone to search for web pages. It was not
hard for me read his intentions of having upgrade on my blogs. The connection
with the security guard returned the mockery that they have always had towards
me. Today the officer raised his thumb to tease me. They made the party in a
very congested time. The public sidewalk was busy and people blocked my
view. The Bank seemed to have an event.
During the break between the two shifts the
security guard used the time for the phone and ignored a man with a package who
was looking thru the glasses of the building. After long waiting he just went
inside. In the afternoon the officer who initiated this endless bullying with
the security guard on 2013 was a gift for the security guard and bad memories
for me.

The security guard during the first two hours
of his shift had a provocative attitude to draw my attention. He began with his usual game not to enforce
the restrictions of the Bank so I can make recordings. He often used the phone
to harass me with the camera. He has a friend from the Bank that comes every
day for a long time. He always stares at me, laughs, and sometimes gives me
nasty looks depending of the speeches of the security guard that are nothing
more than my page’s updates. Today was no exception.
In the afternoon the security guard finally
had the officers to re-start his cyber-bullying team. Today he got one of
previous bullying partners to enlarge my 2016
recycled bullies’ flag. He started talking between his teeth to fool me, he
turned his head to the other way when the officer was reading my pages but
looking the phone when the officers showed it. The maintenance man from
yesterday also joined the bullying; he turned me his back to share the phone
with the security guard. At the end the other officer was laughing at me,
pulled out his phone and took pictures of me.
I am still recovering from the impact of the
mounted police that made his horse piss beside me; today the event of
intimidation put back my healing process.

Once again my new poster was the target for
the security guard to harass me with his phone. The priority of his job is monitoring
me especially when I have something new or someone approaches to me. His second
duty is to act as a GPS for people requesting information and they have to
interrupt his attention to the phone. Enforcement of bank restrictions is
careless particularly if I notice first than him.
Today 2 men were smoking at non-designated
area. One of them smoked 2 cigarettes while walking back and forth with a
backpack. The other man was facing the security guard
when finished smoking he throw the end of the cigarette on the floor. It is disgusting to see his attitude for not having officers to make fun at me.

This is a follow-up to my letter dated May 20, 2016 in reference to the advice
of NYC Police that MTA (Metropolitan
Transportation Authority) does not like me and they called 911 on a charge of an alleged dispute I
had with one of the employees. Therefore MTA
does not want that I use their facilities. (See at www.bankofamericamykiller.com P#517 April 29, 2016).
Thank you for your telephone response of June 30, 2016. It's been two months
that I wrote letters to MTA and the Commissioner of NYCPD and I have not
yet received a copy of the incident reported by the MTA to 911. On July 13, 2016 while I was protesting
at Bank of America Tower two men identified as detectives from NYC Police Commissioner
approached me. They wanted to know the officer’s name and how the event
occurred.
The conversation with NYCPD detectives gave
me hope that the harassment I received from 4 officers would care and I would
not be disturbed again. Unfortunately the event of July 20, 2016 destroyed this hope. Two policemen patrolling on
horses approached me. One of them allowed the horse to piss very close to me.
Then an employee of the Bank came to celebrate this miserable action (See photos and video in p# 572).

way of how my protests and my person can be respected.

Today the main door of bank of America tower had
a visitor that impressed me. This was a guy who leaned by the
door to have a hectic and long telephone conversation. (About 45 minutes) By his
gestures and attitude looked that he was unhappy and upset. The security guard
seemed to be blind and deaf.

The area where I die every day became a "horse toilet". On May 10,
2016 (p #524) a police horse pulled
shit on the street close to me. Today the officer approached the horse to the
next barrier where I have my protest. He let the horse to lick the metal and
piss beside me. Minutes later someone from the building of bank of America
joined the officers to have a fun conversation for 10 minutes.

Today's game was similar to yesterday, but
with additional events. A food delivery man had parked his bicycle by the
building’s crystals. The security guard turned his back as usual when I'm
watching an event. Later, another man came and stopped near the man's bicycle.
This time the guard followed my recording and went to talk to the man.
Objects or packages left unattended close to
the walls of the building quickly call my attention. Today someone let a hand
truck with a basket in the place I call "the
waiting corner" The security guard ignored it completely. Today’s

terminal. The baggage and the phone kept security guard away from its glasses
for a while. His bitter attitude for not having partners to make fun at me always

By the time of my life, my destiny is being
by the side of Bank of America demanding justice and shows the world my story.
Although this place is my hell I am concerned about the safety of people
working in the building while the security guard cares only gossip and make my
life more miserable. Today I was impressed by the lack of attention giving to
two events.
While the security guard looked at his phone
a man was squatting by the wall of the building. Due to the time this man spent
looking for something in his bag, it caught my attention. The security guard
noticed and gives blind eyes to it; he looked annoyed for my worrisome attitude
and moved by the train station. At the same time one of the guys delivering
food went inside the bank.
Another man with a large luggage was smoking
near the sign: designated-non-smoking area. He was also close to the security guard
who could feel the cigarette smoke. The man finished smoking and the security
guard did not care about.

Today the phone was not enough; one of
previous bullying partners came out to listen to his non-stop speeches. It was impressive;
in less than 15 minutes he did his best to update my story. The officer is on my
cyber-bullies memorial poster.
There was a backpack unattended by the same area
where the snakes show took place and the presenters forgot a bag. Two girls
were promoting something, and I assumed that maybe the bag belonged to them; however
the doubts remained on my mind. I rested when one of the girls picked the bag up and left the bank’s area.

I give my respect and thanks to the security
officers who did a professional job the last two days including the morning
officer. In the afternoon as soon as the officer began his shift along with
the security guard the bullying, mockery and gossip began. Today the building was crowded inside and out
with 0 / % security.
Upon the security guard arrival someone left some pamphlets
on the selective area of the bank by the entry of the train station. People
walked carefully to avoid falling on the papers. He did not call maintenance to
pick them up. They were on the floor for 3 hours. While he used the
phone the guys from food deliveries entered the building.
This low class team not only mock at me also
at women’s butts including women from the building which it is repulsive to me.
The security guard not only wants my videos also my attention to see his
bullying. He will be the protagonist of my posts for the rest of my protests.

Today the cyber- security guard showed me
that he would rather have my recordings to reinforce the responsibilities of his
job if I've seen a violation first. A group of people were smoking in the
restricted area before his eyes and allowed them to smoke because I was
watching them. He did not take any action so I did a recording of his attitude
against me and his job.
It seems that my flag is bringing more
activity to the security guard’s phone. The way how to use
it makes me clear his intentions of harassing me.

The repeated times that same security teams have
mocked at me, made my inspiration to create a flag as a poster. These people
are aware of my recordings and do not care to harass me on purpose.
Although the officers who join the security
guard to harass me are employed by the bank I hate to display their uniforms on
my blogs. There are officers who work professionally and care about the image
and what the uniforms represents.
Today I was lucky that my flag flew for the
first time in front of my hell and the security guard had no officers available
to make fun at me as always does when I show something new. However, his
frequent use of the phone reminded me of his cunning to trick and mock me.

Today as soon as I arrived at Bank of America’s
building and found one of the officers who have been the best friend of the
security guard to harass me; my feeling of having a bullied day was inevitable.
The officer looked web pages with the phone hidden in his hat, technique
invented by the security guard.
My feelings did not betray me; the
bullies-connection took effect. This officer is on my cyber-memorial poster and
previous protests (P#395-431-448). He is the one that when finish his shift comes back to the security
guard for more fun. Also they are a disgusting team laughing at women’s butts.
At noon two women had their camera on the
floor of the restricted area of the Bank, in this occasion the security guard
did not come to ask about their origin. As usual food delivery people entered
the building without supervision.

It seemed incredible that the security guard
let a woman sitting on the floor of the selective area only because I saw her
first. She was seated at least half an hour. The worst is that he acknowledged
it and mocked with his partner.
I have been observing an unpleasant attitude
of the security guard with the girls that make advertising in front of the
Bank. He calls them, and then asks for what they are promoting. The girls
respond with emotion and handle him a pamphlet. He looks at it and shows
interest in the event, then he thrown them out of the selective area of the
bank. Some faces of these girls are not pleasant.Today I have a clear sample.
In the afternoon the security guard was lucky
to have again his Lady-in-waiting as
a partner. His speeches were not too effusive as yesterday and returned to neglecting
the area selective of the Bank. A woman entered the building with a big dog and
all were surprised. (See photo #20)

Today’s bullying- drama was controlled by the
State of mind of the security guard that ends in 0% Security and 100%
fooling and mocking at me. The first two hours he held the glasses of the cyber
corner and moved to walk with the phone. One of the food deliveries guys passed
by his side, entered the building and pulled out the phone while waiting for
his customer. Coincidentally the security guard also was on the phone but
outside the building.
In the afternoon the meeting between the
security guard and the officer who has been his Lady-in-waiting was loud and emotional. Their nonstop speeches were impressive; the
security guard hardly let her to write her report. His gossip was desperate. A
woman was smoking near the door and he not even noticed. He was blind to his
job until the end of his shift.

Today I lived the calm after the storm of my
previous protest. An insect that stopped at my poster made my imagination fly
to the Cyber corner. A woman with a food delivery was about an hour waiting for

Today's security team is one of those who
have left me an unforgettable footprint on my blogs and my mind. They harassed
me for two consecutive days’ p#295 7/31, 2014 and p#296 08/01/14 . They are on the first line of my
cyber memorial poster. The lady who visits me from Albany who the security guard called his boss
on her because she told him "Jesus
loves you" was impressed by the Bullying team. The officer who gave a warm welcome to the
security guard has white hair and harassing another old person was an
inconsiderate action for her. She tried to comfort me asking not to look at
them.
Later, another officer of the morning shift
joined the cyber- meeting. Although this officer has harassing me more times
than the old officer, today the intimidating attitude of the old officer was
more disgusting. The officers turned me the back most of the time. The security
guard seemed glued to the wall pretending that he was not part of long hours of
harassment.
When the officers of the morning left, the security
guard returned to his gloomy state. Twice entered the building a food delivery
guy passing very close to him, and was ignored. The last thirty minutes of his
shift, the friend from maintenance cheered on him. I finished the day beating
the rain and strong winds.

Whenever I mention in my blogs the neglected
duties of the security guard, the next day he comes eager to continue harassing
me. He tries to show me that what I say in my blogs doesn't care to him or to
his bosses. Today upon his arrival he
started harassing me with the security officer, he left and then one of his
daily friends came to continue gossiping. The officer returned and he gets
trapped in his bullying speeches. They enjoyed making fun at me.
The security guard did not care people giving
a hectic image to the building. A food delivery guy parked his bike in the
middle of the bank sidewalk obstructing the way.
Two guys put their luggage against the wall
of the building and were waiting for a long time. A man was sitting on the
floor in the same area and finally after taking many pictures the security guard
gave me a dirty look and makes him standing. At the end the officer pulled out
his phone laughing and the security guard as usual pretended that he was not
the instigator.

Several times I have said that it is not
difficult for me to read lips and gestures of the security guard when he's
talking about me. I can hear the tone of his voice and understand the body language
when he is fooling me. He is the creator and promoter of this endless
harassment and I learned from his tricks since 2013.
Today, I held my breath when one of the
officers of the morning began to hear complaints from the security guard. His
speeches are always an invitation to make fun at me. He pointed out the doors
and the back of the building. It was obvious that referred to my recordings
when people violate the restrictions of the Bank. Most of it takes place in
front of his eyes and here is an example in photos and video.

The security guard arrived today with his face
of bitterness and silly that he does when there are no available partners to harass
me. One hour later appeared his friends
to make his day. He used a traffic officer woman to have fun at me. The power
of instigation worked out. This woman pulled out her phone and shared web pages
with him. To fool me he pretended that
he was not part of the mockery. One of the morning officers joined the meeting
and the security guard made him a new devotee of his funny speeches.
Today was a busy day and the lack of security
made it worse. The Cyber Corner’s side door has been replaced and there were
men working on it. People delivering food were lost inside and outside the
building. A man sitting on a fire hydrant was smoking in a restricted area. The
security guard noticed by my photos though most were blocked by the crowd.
One of the officers of the afternoon surprised
me. He is in my cyber memorial poster and I have called it Cyber monument to
the phone. The security guard was eager
to follow the gossip to make fun at me. The officer just listened to it and did
not harass with the phone. His action touched my heart and I felt grateful. The other officer turned me his back to join
the meeting.
A young couple with a large luggage was near
the main door of the building. They were smoking and the man seemed unfriendly
and annoying. Suddenly they went inside the Bank leaving the luggage out. I
felt fear of the luggage unattended. I tried to draw the attention of one of
the security officers who was watching the door fixing to take care of the
luggage. I walked up to where I can go on the public sidewalk but the officer
did not see me. Suddenly, the couple came to me. I got scared that they noticed
that I observed them. They looked at my poster but I could not understand what
they talked about.

Today I was lucky to start the week without
much action, without harassment teams. The crystals of the Cyber Corner seemed
to hold the security guard. His attitude and unwillingness to work gave the
impression of acting in a theater play instead of being security guard. Today I
called the drama: "FACES AND
BUTTOCKS.”

This is another day that the security guard
had no partners to harass me. He is ignoring people violating the restrictions
of the Bank only because I realize first. Most of the time my camera gives him a
warning of something that goes wrong.
A clear demonstration of his attitude
occurred when someone was smoking in non-assigned area and few feet away from
him. He did not take any action and I started taking pictures. He replied me
with a smile of mockery and walked a few steps, ignoring the fact.
For the last hour the gossip returned to the
Cyber corner. One of the men from maintenance that has been partner of
intimidation of the security guard made the rest of his shift. Some guys
delivering food entered the Bank, but were forced to leave by inside security.
As the security guard changed the
presentation of my protests since 2013,
making them more miserable and terrifying me with his bullying, he will be part
of my daily protests, I'll share his ineptitude to do another job that is not
harassment.

Today the security officers were between my barrier and the cyber-corner.They were available to help people asking for
information. The security guard was behind, holding the crystals of the Cyber
corner and his phone. He is fortunate to be backed up by an excellent team that
provides security from inside.
A man entered the building carrying a large
box. The security guard noticed when I took a picture but the internal security
was already directing him. Later, one of the employees of the Tower tried to
enter with an empty cart and the security guard prevented him from doing so.
This action appeared to be the result of a nasty attitude that for security
reasons.
The last hour of his shift I held my breath
waiting for the afternoon officers. The security
guard needed someone who could cheer on him and I wanted to have another post
without pictures of officers in uniform. At the end of the
hour the security guard gave a friend matches to light a cigarette and allowed
him smoking in the restricted area. He did it for me to record it.

Today the cyber corner was busy with a social
gathering, around the building of bank of America not too many people were
asking for information. The fun was over when the officers ended
their shift and the security guard was left alone. The afternoon officer remained
away from the gossip of the security guard and this shut down the last hour of
his shift.
A strange man carrying two cats and clothes
sat on the sidewalk of the Bank. The guard and the security officer saw him but
took no action. When the Chief noted the event he spoke with the officer. The security guard immediately asked the man
to leave from the public sidewalk, but the man did not, he stays next to the
barrier as I do. The officer not even tried to make the man abandon the
sidewalk as they did to me.

Today my position of remain face to face, eye to eye with the
security guard of bank of America gave me the benefit of being less harassed
than usual. His frequents attempts of taking out the phone, looking at me with mockery
were only a small dose of intimidation.
The attitude of the security guard to meet
his duties has a large dose of negligence. He doesn’t enforce the violations of the restrictions
if I have seen them before him.
Today when he was using the phone realized
that my camera captured a guy with food delivery at the entrance of the Bank;
he had no choice but stop him.
