The concept of lying that the Bank of America has
about me, put my mind and hands to work. With great passion I made 14 albums
that prove the truth of my testimony. Please check out these Albums and then
judge who the liars on my case are. I spent a week inside the cage where I'm living to
go through 18 pounds of papers which contain the injustice I have lived. This
is the same as burning alive again and again to continue dying in hell.
It is not pleasant to see how the attorneys from
Bank of America deceive a judge, lie to a court and make fun of me. These attorneys
took advantage of my little knowledge of laws; I represented myself (Pro se)
after a frustrated attempt to have an attorney, of the language which I do not
know completely, to manipulate my case.
They extend this agony for almost two years. In my hands, only I had the truth,
a truth that was ignored by these disadvantages.
MY
QUESTIONS: Why Bank of America’s attorneys did a deep
persecution of my life if they knew that wouldn't get any compensation for my
suffering? Why they did not research for what I did for the bank in many years
of dedication and loyalty? Why they did not investigate the abuses committed in
Florida by the management who start my nightmare I was informed that the assistant manager at Washington Park office was arrested inside the bank, during business
hours and in front of everyone. The supervisor that put her hatred upon of me
just because she could not tolerate I was good employee was fired by the bank.

INTRODUCTION:
I am protesting against Bank
of America. I am a woman 58 years old, former employee for 21 years. I was abused and victim of medical
discrimination, since 2004 tortured by the Bank and their Attorneys that left
me in the streets selling my story: “FOUR
YEARS OF A LIVING HELL AT BANK OF AMERICA. “ I had knee and leg surgeries.
I was forced to work standing; I was not permitted to be seated. I tried to
give medical notes but they were not accepted. My medical condition continued
to worsen; the pain becomes intolerable that I have no choice but leave the
bank
October 06, 2010 I filed a lawsuit against Bank of America in a
Civil Court of New Jersey. My case was brought to mediation. The lawyers held a
deposition. This was a full invasion to my private, medical, and professional
life. To avoid that my case would be brought before a judge, I was transferred
to a Federal District Court of New Jersey. This was to prolong their
persecution. They involved my new job, this in violation of an agreement made
in court in front of the judge that they would not contact my employment if I
give them information where I was working.
This dishonest action made me lose my job and stay in the street
devastated. As per judge orders a final pre trial shall be filed on or after July 23, 2012 if the case was not
settling. The judge recognized lot of emotional damages caused by the bank. The
lawyers avoiding this date went to a Superior judge to rule in favor of them.
On July 2, 2012
my case was closed without having a chance to see the new judge. Using credit
cards I edited my book FOUR YEARS OF A
LIVING HELL AT BANK OF AMERICA. (The story is in Spanish 106 pages, but the
